Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clinical staff and IT analysts to improve surgical workflows within Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules
• Conduct workflow assessments and gap analyses to identify inefficiencies in surgical and anesthesia care
• Translate clinical needs into actionable system enhancements and support testing and implementation of changes

Required Qualifications:

• Current Epic OpTime and Anesthesia certification
• Experience in perioperative process improvement and clinical optimization initiatives
• Strong understanding of Epic workflows in surgical and anesthesia environments
• Expertise in workflow analysis and gap identification
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration
