California Licensed Epic Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic MyChart Analyst to support the planning and configuration of Epic's Ambulatory clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for end-users and troubleshoot application issues
• Guide workflow design, build, test systems, and implement requested changes
• Develop application-specific workflows and conduct system enhancements and testing

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with two years of relevant experience
• Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification required within 45 days of training completion
• Minimum of two years of experience in electronic health record systems analysis and support
• Experience with data collection procedures and management
• Preferred experience or certification in various Epic applications and modules
