A company is looking for an Epic Phoenix Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Epic Phoenix within the transplant program by optimizing and standardizing workflows
• Assess current processes and design improved workflows for referrals, evaluation, waitlist management, and longitudinal care
• Conduct current-state workflow assessments and deliver actionable recommendations for efficiency and care coordination

Required Qualifications

• Epic Phoenix certification
• Epic Ambulatory or ClinDoc certification
• 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience in healthcare environments
• Experience with multi-organ transplant centers and Epic Phoenix implementation
• Proficiency in workflow analysis and process improvement
