Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Epic Document Composition / HB Claims Analyst for a remote contract position through October 30, 2026, who will manage document composition and hospital billing claims, focusing on insurance follow-up and financial assistance processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Epic Document Composition and Hospital Billing claims processes
• Handle insurance follow-up, including denials and appeals
• Provide support during go-live engagements as needed

Required qualifications:

• Experience with Epic DoCo and HB Claims
• Knowledge of insurance follow-up processes, including denials and appeals
• Familiarity with financial assistance and variance billing functions
• Ability to work as a W2 employee
• Travel availability preferred but not required
