Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic Cadence Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, configure, develop, test, implement, and maintain Epic scheduling and referral workflows
- Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of software functionality and operational workflows
- Support and enhance applications related to Cadence, Hello World, Welcome, Cheers, and CRM
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing, information technology, allied health professions, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Valid Epic Cadence certification is required
- Working knowledge of IT solutions, operating platforms, and network software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical/revenue cycle system implementation or project management
