Job Summary

To support claims processing and benefits administration, the full-time remote California Licensed Epic Tapestry Analyst will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Tapestry Claims and integrated third-party applications while ensuring compliance and high-quality system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Epic Tapestry Claims components, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage third-party application setup and support, coordinating with vendors for issue resolution
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and support change management processes

Required qualifications

• Epic Tapestry Certification (Claims or closely related module)
• 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Tapestry Claims configuration or claims processing systems
• 3+ years managing or supporting third-party integrated applications in a healthcare environment
• 3+ years of experience with claims adjudication and payer workflows
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
