California Licensed Epic Willow Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a EPIC Willow Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Epic Willow Ambulatory implementations, focusing on Compass Rose configuration and optimization
• Analyze and enhance ambulatory pharmacy workflows by collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders
• Manage the full systems development lifecycle, including planning, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (master's preferred)
• Minimum 5 years in systems analysis or a related IT role, with at least 3 years supporting Epic applications in a healthcare setting
• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory certification with direct experience implementing Compass Rose
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including at least one role in a lead or similar capacity
