California Licensed Epic Willow Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Willow Analyst to support a new Epic implementation focused on ambulatory pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration and build within Epic Willow Ambulatory for outpatient pharmacy workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and optimize electronic prescribing workflows
• Develop and execute testing scripts, support user acceptance testing, and provide go-live support

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory implementation and configuration
• Knowledge of pharmacy workflows, e-prescribing, and regulatory compliance
• Background in revenue cycle processes and specialty pharmacy integration
• Experience in testing and validation of healthcare applications
• Preferred background in settings prioritizing behavioral health
