Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity Compensation Administrator to manage and administer equity compensation plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer equity compensation plans, including equity grants and RS releases
  • Maintain accurate employee demographic updates and provide equity education
  • Ensure SOX compliance and assist with quarterly testing/audits
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
  • Advanced analytical ability and strong organizational skills
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) accreditation or in process of obtaining
  • 1-2 years in public company equity plan administration
