Job Summary
A company is looking for an Equity Compensation Administrator to manage and administer equity compensation plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer equity compensation plans, including equity grants and RS releases
- Maintain accurate employee demographic updates and provide equity education
- Ensure SOX compliance and assist with quarterly testing/audits
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
- Advanced analytical ability and strong organizational skills
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) accreditation or in process of obtaining
- 1-2 years in public company equity plan administration
