Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote AmLaw ERISA Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of ERISA litigation, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery
Provide counsel and advice to clients on employee benefits and insurance litigation matters
Draft legal documents and conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the state bar
A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERISA litigation and employee benefits
Prior judicial clerkship experience is highly desirable
Experience with Law and Motion Practice and conducting depositions
