Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Escrow department, focusing on residential transactions
  • Open orders, input closing statement information, prepare documents for closing, and manage escrow transaction disbursements
  • Communicate requirements and information to clients and prepare necessary documents for transactions


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an escrow-related role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Solid understanding of functional tasks related to escrow processes
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes and procedures
