Job Summary
A company is looking for an Escrow Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Escrow department, focusing on residential transactions
- Open orders, input closing statement information, prepare documents for closing, and manage escrow transaction disbursements
- Communicate requirements and information to clients and prepare necessary documents for transactions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an escrow-related role
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Solid understanding of functional tasks related to escrow processes
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes and procedures
