Job Summary
Providing escrow services for residential and commercial transactions, the full-time California Licensed Escrow Officer will manage escrow accounts, process closing documents, and facilitate communication between parties in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions by establishing escrow accounts, managing funds, and completing settlements according to established policies
- Act as a neutral liaison between parties, monitoring and mitigating risks while adhering to company policies
- Communicate complex information effectively, ensuring quality and timeliness in team objectives
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- California Escrow Officer license is required
- Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Experience in managing real estate transactions and understanding escrow processes
