Job Summary

Managing real estate transactions, the full-time California Licensed Escrow Officer will establish new escrow accounts, process documents for closings, and ensure compliance with company policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Completes real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements, preparing closing documents, and disbursing funds
• Acts as a neutral liaison between parties, resolving title defects and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Maintains escrow accounts by depositing funds, balancing transactions, and preparing final closing statements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related experience, preferably as an escrow assistant
• Valid Licensing/Certification as required by applicable state
• Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the escrow/title industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
