Job Summary
Supporting a growing trusts and estates practice, the part-time California Licensed Estate Planning Attorney will advise clients on estate planning strategies, draft legal documents, and collaborate with transactional attorneys in a fully remote engagement of approximately 5-15 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft trust agreements and ancillary estate planning documents
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wealth transfer and probate avoidance
- Counsel business owners on succession planning and ownership transition strategies
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts and estates, or private wealth law
- Strong drafting experience with trust agreements and standard estate planning instruments
- Active California bar admission in good standing
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals preferred
