Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Estate Planning Partner to work hybrid in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Orange County, who will lead client relationships with ultra-high net worth families, manage a team of estate strategists, and design comprehensive estate plans while ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships and serve as the strategic estate planning partner for Regis families
- Manage a select team focused on UHNW estate strategies to drive excellent client outcomes
- Design and implement comprehensive estate plans incorporating advanced wealth transfer techniques
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state
- 15+ years of legal experience in estate planning, with significant experience advising clients with $100M+ in assets
- Deep technical mastery of federal transfer tax law and advanced wealth transfer planning techniques
- Prior experience in a private wealth department at an AmLaw 100/200 firm or a nationally recognized estate planning boutique
