California Licensed Estimate Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of network contractor repair estimates for technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Compile estimate revision requests and interact with network contractors to obtain necessary corrections
• Document review activities in XactAnalysis and maintain knowledge of relevant guidelines and software

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of four years of experience in the construction industry and/or property adjusting
• Successful completion of IICRC training (WRT and ASD) and HAAG training
• Xactimate Level 2 certification
• Highly proficient in advanced computer skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
