Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst V.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations from intake to conclusion, including interviews and data analysis
• Synthesize findings and draft comprehensive investigation reports and executive summaries
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and business leaders to maintain integrity in the investigative process

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in conducting complex investigations autonomously
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing and synthesizing data/documents
• Experience in employment law or employee relations is preferred
• JD or equivalent legal educational background is highly regarded
• Experience within the tech industry is preferred but not mandatory
