Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Ethics Manager, the full-time remote position will lead and conduct compliance and workplace investigations across the United States, ensuring timely and objective resolution of employee concerns while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end workplace investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, and misconduct, preparing detailed documentation and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to People & Culture Business Partners, facilitating conflict resolution and building strong partnerships across the organization
- Partner with Compliance colleagues to enhance investigative processes and analyze trends to inform proactive compliance strategies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting workplace investigations involving complex matters
- Strong investigative interviewing, fact-finding, and report-writing skills
- Experience managing sensitive conversations with employees and leaders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Professional certifications such as AWI-CH, SHRM-CP, or similar credentials preferred
