California Licensed Event Security Head

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Event Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive global event security framework
• Provide end-to-end security oversight for all corporate events
• Develop and manage annual event security budget and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate event security or related operations
• 5+ years in security leadership roles managing large-scale events
• Proven track record in developing and implementing security programs
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Professional certifications such as CPP or PSP are strongly preferred
