Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Expansion Strategy & Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the expansion strategy through research into state PACE regulatory landscapes and support advocacy efforts
• Prepare and submit federal and state applications for expansion, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and narrative writing
• Engage local community stakeholders and build relationships with regulatory stakeholders to support PACE expansion

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in the Medicare and Medicaid regulatory environment, preferably with PACE-specific experience
• 2-4+ years of experience in management consulting or operations/policy roles in high-growth startups, ideally in health care delivery
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to excel in fast-paced, unstructured environments
• A bachelor's degree is required
• Strong passion for the mission and empathy for the populations served
