Job Summary
Leading a team of over 15 Mobile Technicians in a full-time remote capacity, the California Licensed Facilities Manager will oversee daily operations, maintenance programs, and vendor performance to ensure efficient and sustainable facilities services for a diverse portfolio of client sites in the Los Angeles area.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects, ensuring quality and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact for facility-related matters
- Plan, execute, and manage capital and operating projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgets
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial facilities with a focus on operations and vendor performance
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing onsite teams and fostering a culture of accountability
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant facilities management experience
- Experience developing and managing operating and capital budgets
- Facilities Management certification (e.g., FMP, CFM) preferred
