A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney (100% Remote - California-Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a full range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, and property division
• Represent clients through all phases of litigation and draft necessary legal documents
• Appear in court as needed while maintaining a remote work environment

Required Qualifications

• Jurist Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license
• Minimum of 2 years of family law experience; CFLS certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of California family law and procedures
• Must reside in California
