Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and child support
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to family law cases

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in family law
• Current license to practice law in the state
• Exceptional litigation skills with experience in court proceedings
• Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
