Job Summary

Fluent in Mandarin, the full-time Senior Family Law Paralegal will independently manage complex family law cases, support a team of attorneys through litigation phases, and prepare legal documents in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support six Family Law Attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial preparation
• Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings and financial disclosures, while coordinating court deadlines and hearings
• Communicate professionally with clients and third-party experts, delivering exceptional client service with empathy and discretion

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated California Family Law Paralegal experience
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Extensive experience supporting high-net-worth family law matters
• Strong knowledge of California Family Law procedures and litigation deadlines
• Ability to independently manage complex cases with minimal supervision
