Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner - CA Licensed.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
• Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• Currently licensed in CA with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the past 5 years
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and Sunday
• Willingness to work afternoons and evenings with shifts ranging from 7am to 11pm PST
