Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides preventive and primary health services in a Family Practice Community Health Clinic setting
• Acts as an advocate for clients and collaborates with health team members
• Maintains client records and performs patient examinations, assessments, and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Current California Nurse Practitioner certification
• Experience in the delivery of health care in a Family Practice setting
• Community health clinic background preferred
• EMR Epic experience
• DEA and CAQH PAVE/ORP credentials
