California Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive telehealth services, the full-time California Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will treat patients through virtual visits, collaborate with team members, and engage in continuous learning while working evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including triage calls and video appointments
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for ongoing professional development
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles

Required qualifications

• Completion of an accredited FNP program with national certification
• At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings within the last 5 years
• Current California nursing license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday
• Excellent clinical skills and proficiency in evidence-based primary care
