Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician for a fully remote position focused on delivering comprehensive clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer them to specialists when needed
• Support patients post-discharge to enhance understanding of treatment plans and reduce readmissions

Required Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting
• Active CA state medical license; IMLC preferred
• Experience with virtual visits and EPIC EMR
