Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a complete online broker file is maintained for all transactions in the proprietary cloud-based transaction system
• Review a high volume of California CAR forms for completeness and accuracy
• Respond promptly to emails and messages while adapting to the needs of the Broker and team

Required Qualifications

• Active California real estate license is required
• 2-3 years of current experience in California-specific real estate transactions
• Familiarity with California-specific transaction forms is essential
• Must have a reliable and fast internet connection for remote work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC usage is required
