Job Summary

Providing patient relations support, the full-time California Licensed Fin Care Specialist will manage customer inquiries and issues, ensuring payment resolution while working independently in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to patient financial services
• Follow up on accounts to ensure payment and resolution, utilizing strong analytic skills
• Interpret and explain payor contracts and billing policies to enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital billing or professional billing experience
• Experience in customer service and call center environments
