Job Summary

Providing patient relations support, the full-time California Licensed Fin Care Specialist will identify, analyze, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries while ensuring payment and resolution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to patient financial services
• Follow up on accounts to ensure payment and resolution while maintaining strong customer service
• Interpret and explain payor contracts and billing policies to enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospital billing or professional billing, including customer service and call center experience
