Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance and Accounting to lead finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting
• Oversee production-specific financial management and maintain accurate job costing
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure financial integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ in a leadership role
• Experience in production or studio accounting within the entertainment or digital media industry
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and familiarity with other accounting software
• Proficiency in workplace tools including G Suite and Microsoft Office
