Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to manage the organization's financial health and oversee budgeting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all financial and accounting platforms, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide strategic financial input for organizational planning
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Executive Director, Finance Committee, and Board

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Seven years of experience in nonprofit finance and accounting
• Supervisory experience in performance management and workflow management
• Proficiency with financial software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Bloomerang)
• Knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles and regulations
