California Licensed Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets and multi-year financial models in partnership with the CFO
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely communication
• Lead and develop the finance team while collaborating with various departments to align financial planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• At least 6+ years of progressive finance experience, particularly in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with charter school, education, or non-profit financial management
• Familiarity with audit standards (GAAP, FASB, GASB, Federal A133 audits)
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
