Job Summary
To support the U.S. Branch Network, the full-time California Licensed Finance Lead will manage portfolio planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Integrate financial and operational information across functions to support decision-making and portfolio execution
- Lead forecasting and budget management activities for real estate investments and support ongoing financial reviews
- Execute governance processes and produce executive reporting to enhance visibility into investment pipelines and portfolio performance
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in financial planning, corporate real estate, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience with complex investment portfolios and cross-functional business initiatives
- Strong financial analysis and forecasting capabilities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and reporting
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
