California Licensed Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Finance Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee finance activities related to commercial and government lines of business
• Support premium billing functions and ensure proper payments of regulatory directed payment programs
• Incorporate quality program goals including HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant managed care or premium billing experience
• At least two years in a supervisory capacity, or a Master's degree/CPA License in lieu of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Accounting, or related fields
• Intermediate knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Expert knowledge of commercial health plan billing practices
