California Licensed Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager, Financial Planning & Grants.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organizational budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with the CFO and department leaders
• Manage financial aspects of foundation, government, and international donor grants, including budgeting and expenditure tracking
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for leadership and program teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field with 5-7+ years of nonprofit finance or accounting experience
• Experience managing foundation, government, and international donor grants in a multi-donor funding environment
• Familiarity with donor compliance, financial reporting, and audit requirements
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting skills
• Experience with financial accounting systems and general ledger software; Intacct or similar preferred
