Overseeing financial operations for multiple venues, the full-time salaried California Licensed Finance Manager will manage budgeting, accounting, and compliance while collaborating closely with the Regional Finance Director in a remote capacity based in Southern California.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial management goals and priorities in compliance with laws and policies
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports, ensuring timely filing of tax returns
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to meet business objectives
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 3-5+ years of supervisory experience in public accounting or financial management
- Extensive knowledge of general and cost accounting
- Experience with ADP payroll and Sage accounting preferred
- Industry experience is preferred
