Key Responsibilities

• Manage client documentation, eligibility reviews, and communications for onboarding processes
• Lead team operations, mentor members, and present insights to leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding workflows and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, insurance claims, or healthcare
• Deep understanding of LTCI, WC, and VA payer guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience
• Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
• Strong organization and self-management skills
