Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advising Manager to lead a team of Financial Aid Advisors in providing support to prospective students during the enrollment and financial aid application processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, coach, and supervise a team of Financial Aid Advisors
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics for Financial Aid Advisors
  • Oversee the administration of financial aid programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Aid management position
  • Minimum of 5 years in higher education financial aid positions
  • Experience using enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
