Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advising Manager to lead a team of Financial Aid Advisors in providing support to prospective students during the enrollment and financial aid application processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and supervise a team of Financial Aid Advisors
- Monitor and improve performance metrics for Financial Aid Advisors
- Oversee the administration of financial aid programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Aid management position
- Minimum of 5 years in higher education financial aid positions
- Experience using enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
