Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and supervise a team of Financial Aid Coordinators
• Oversee the administration of financial aid programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Support student inquiries and complaints with a customer service approach

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education financial aid positions
• Minimum 2 years of experience using enterprise CRM systems
• Previous financial aid management experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
