California Licensed Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing actionable insights through financial analysis, the full-time California Licensed Financial Analyst will prepare reports, support the annual budget process, and perform advanced trend analyses to enhance financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews financial analyses, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making
• Performs advanced trend and variance analyses, synthesizing data to identify drivers of business performance
• Produces monthly management reports that analyze past performance and provide insights into future trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline; MBA or CFA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or sales analytics roles
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint and PowerBI is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop complex models and reports
