California Licensed Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Validating financial schedules and analyzing data, the full-time California Licensed Financial Analyst will work remotely to ensure accuracy in cost reporting and assist with accounting audits over a temporary period of seven months.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and validate schedules from third-party vendors against actual costs
• Test schedules at the employee level against received invoices
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-4 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge in auditing preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Experience working with large data sets (100,000 lines or more)
• Familiarity with Co-pilot is a plus
