Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee accounting, finance, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day core accounting and compliance
• Oversee payroll and HR administration, including bonuses and expenses
• Lead budget forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is ideal
• CPA certification is preferred
• Experience in a Plaintiff Law Firm is necessary
• Proficiency in month-end compliance and payroll processes
• Experience with IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts) is required
