Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day core accounting and compliance
• Oversee budget forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Ensure government compliance in all tasks and potentially lead an ERP implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is ideal
• CPA certification is ideal
• Experience in BioTech or BioPharma, preferably in a high growth/startup environment
• Experience with full month-end accounting
• Strengths in budgeting, planning, and reporting
