California Licensed Financial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Manager, Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead finance counselor to executives, optimizing spend and evaluating ROI of technical initiatives
• Own the end-to-end planning and forecasting process, including annual budgeting and variance analysis
• Analyze company-wide financial trends and perform industry benchmarking to support leadership decisions

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance, particularly in high-growth SaaS or Fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including accruals and capitalization of software
• Expertise with ERP Finance systems such as NetSuite or Oracle Hyperion
• Advanced financial modeling skills for complex business investment cases
