Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream finance transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization and compliance-driven programs
• Establish effective governance to drive timely executive decisions by clearly framing options, risks, and impacts
• Partner with CFO and senior finance leaders while managing vendor performance to achieve desired outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Proven ownership of enterprise finance transformation programs with measurable outcomes
• Deep understanding of finance operations, controls, compliance, and audit environments
• Demonstrated success in stabilizing or recovering in-flight or at-risk programs
• Strong executive presence with CFO-level stakeholders
• Experience managing complex vendor-led delivery environments
