Job Summary

A company is looking for a 988 Follow Up Counselor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact callers and assess risk while providing referrals for mental health services
• Assist callers in securing services by contacting mental health service providers
• Maintain accurate call reports and monitor client progress against safety plans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of relevant behavioral health experience; one year in crisis intervention or suicide prevention preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively use web-based platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Open availability and flexibility to work within program operating hours, including weekends and holidays
