California Licensed Foreclosure Title Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the part-time California Licensed Foreclosure Title Analyst will identify title issues, create detailed grade sheets, and run reports to ensure completion of grading on real estate title products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and report items affecting title during or after the foreclosure process on real estate transactions
• Create and provide grade sheets detailing title issues on graded title reports
• Address inquiries from servicers, foreclosure attorneys, and internal staff while maintaining open communication

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3-5 years of prior title insurance experience
• Working knowledge of real estate title
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and meet daily production goals with high accuracy
