California Licensed FP&A Consultant
Job Summary
To support a dynamic, growth-focused environment, the part-time California Licensed FP&A Consultant will drive critical financial initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, and account analyses while working fully remote for 20-25 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Lead core FP&A processes such as long-range planning, annual budgets, and monthly reporting
- Build and maintain financial models to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation
- Partner with senior leadership to support business reviews, identify risks, and influence strategy
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of finance/FP&A experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences
- Proven track record with clinical development program budgeting and R&D forecasting
- Expertise in FP&A systems such as Cube, Adaptive, Anaplan, or TM1
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
